About Journey of Wonders: Finding the Holiday Spirit
“Journey of Wonders: Finding the Holiday Spirit” arrives at Town Hall as a seasonal classical program led by HAVASI, framed as a live, in-person event in one of Midtown’s enduring concert rooms. The piece leans on winter and holiday imagery, using piano-centered writing to move between reflection and communal ritual. Town Hall’s history of presenting civic-minded performance gives the evening a fitting context. At times the narrative theme is stated plainly, but the directness suits the hall’s intimate scale.
