About This Event
At PACNYC: Perelman Performing Arts Center, Marie-Claire Giraud & Friends: Revenge Songs frames opera’s darker comic edges through ensemble collaboration. Trained in the conservatory tradition, Giraud moves between recital programs and character-driven scenes, often building sets around a single idea rather than a greatest-hits lineup; her work favors clarity of text and line over spectacle.
