Roberts is a New York–based sound experimentalist, visual artist and jazz saxophonist and clarinetist who composes and improvises; they have been associated with the AACM and the B.R.C. Vida is an artist and composer with an MFA from Bard who has worked in the international experimental music community for two decades.
