Mollie Elizabeth: People Pleaser Live

“People Pleaser Live” is a rock/pop performance currently running at The Bowery Ballroom, placing the project in a room with deep ties to New York’s touring circuit and downtown music history. Featured performer Mollie Elizabeth leads the set, built around songs that track the costs of approval-seeking and the small negotiations of identity. In a city where reinvention is routine, the material lands as a practical document of self-editing. One clear strength is its refusal to dress discomfort up as triumph.
