About This Event
At The Django, saxophonist Dave Schumacher joins Cubeyé for a set rooted in New York’s small-room tradition of ensemble exchange. The music moves between bebop language and Latin-leaning rhythms, with arrangements that prioritize group sound, pulse, and cohesion over soloist spectacle.
