Red Hook Records 5th Anniversary is a New York City–based performance program marking the label’s first five years, presented at Roulette. Its lineups bring together artists who move between classical composition and the open forms of creative music, including Andrew Cyrille, Wadada Leo Smith, Qasim Naqvi, and Amina Claudine Myers.

Jason Moran is an American pianist, composer, and educator whose work moves between jazz and contemporary classical language. In New York City he appears at venues such as Town Hall and Roulette, including Japan Society and The Town Hall’s Murakami Mixtape and Long Play Festival programs with Blank For.

BlankFor.ms is a New York–based group working at the edge of contemporary classical and ambient jazz. They have appeared at Roulette, including Red Hook Records’ fifth-anniversary program alongside Jason Moran and drummer Marcus Gilmore, with related bills featuring Caroline Davis, Qasim Naqvi, and Grey McMurray.

Marcus Gilmore is redefining the heartbeat of jazz with his innovative drumming style, capturing the attention of audiences and critics alike. A regular presence at New York City's iconic Smoke Jazz & Supper Club, Gilmore brings a fresh perspective to the jazz scene, infusing traditional rhythms with a modern flair.

Caroline Davis is a New York–based saxophonist working in the space where classical discipline meets free and experimental jazz. At Roulette, she has appeared in programs such as *Caroline Davis // Matt Mitchell*, pairing her detailed improvising with Mitchell’s composer-driven piano language.

Qasim Naqvi is a classical musician and performer heard in New York City contexts, including live programs at Roulette. His work moves between composed material and collaborative set-making, often shaped by the specific players and room.
