Eyal Vilner Big Band
About This Event
The Eyal Vilner Big Band, a New York–based ensemble led by composer and arranger Eyal Vilner, brings its focus on classic big-band writing to Smalls Jazz Club. The group's book emphasizes tightly voiced sections, swing-era craft and narrative pacing, favoring structured ensemble blend over loose, solo-driven sprawl while allowing space for improvisation within arranged frameworks.
