Scott Neumann: Jazz Musician in New York

About Scott Neumann

Scott Neumann is a New York City–based jazz artist heard regularly at Smalls Jazz Club. He leads the Scott Neumann Quartet, a working ensemble built around tight interaction and close listening rather than showmanship. In performance, his approach favors structure and clear melodic lines, leaving room for the rhythm section to shape the narrative. His online footprint is modest, with 22 Spotify followers, but his work is rooted in the night-to-night discipline of the local club circuit.
