James: Comedian in New York

About James

James is a comedian and musician whose work often threads rock/pop songcraft through character-driven stand-up. Known from filmed specials and as a regular presence across podcast and panel formats, he builds sets around long arcs, call-backs, and deliberately skewed observations. In New York City he appears at Union Hall on mixed bills such as Good God, Frankenstein’s Baby, and Whiplash, sharing lineups with artists including Aasif Mandvi, Naomi, Brittany, Carney, Marcus, and Coleman. His performances favor structure and timing over spectacle.
