Sound of Bogotá

1 upcoming performance in New York

Sound of Bogotá arrives in New York as a club-format survey of Bogotá’s electronic underground, presented live at Silo Brooklyn. The bill brings together CRUD0, Paula Vélez, Varju, and Giovani, moving between DJ-driven pressure and textural electronic passages. While it isn’t billed as an NYC premiere, it reads as a document of a scene in transit, carried by diaspora routes and touring circuits that connect Latin American nightlife to Brooklyn’s rooms. One clear takeaway is how regional identity here is built through rhythm choices rather than symbolism.
