SEZ I TO MYSELF: A CELEBRATION OF FRANK & MALACHY MCCOURT

1 upcoming performance in New York

At Symphony Space, *Sez I to Myself: A Celebration of Frank & Malachy McCourt* brings the McCourt brothers’ New York story back into a room built for listening. The program draws on their writing and stage work, tracing how Irish-American memory, classroom life, and the city’s immigrant literature intersected with late-20th-century NYC culture. Featured performers include Ani DiFranco, Tony Trischka, Abby Jimenez, Annabelle Gurwitch, and Caro Claire Burke. The evening treats the McCourts less as legends than as working artists, which is where their influence still lands.
