New Mainstream Tour

The New Mainstream Tour arrives at Mercury Lounge with a live Hip-Hop/R&B set anchored by Miles Minnick and a rotating cast. It frames current rap and R&B as working music, built for small rooms where lyrics and rhythm land without distance. In a city that has long shaped these genres, the tour reads as a snapshot of where the “mainstream” is being renegotiated in real time. One takeaway is how the format values direct delivery over spectacle, keeping attention on voice and timing.
