The work follows language in motion—how accent, translation, and naming can protect, expose, or misread a body in public space. In a city where many tongues share the same streets, it reads as a small case study in civic power: who gets heard, and under what terms. Its plain structure leaves room for a sharp observation about how quickly rhetoric becomes policy.
