Email is a New York–based dance group working at the edge of choreography and story, where movement carries plot the way dialogue usually would. At Danspace Project, in a program co-presented by Live Artery and New York Live Arts, the company collaborates with Tiran Willemse on new material that extends its ongoing inquiry into how bodies transmit information and meaning. In a city where language moves fast and messages pile up, their dances treat communication as physical labor. The result can feel like a report from inside the system rather than a polished performance.
