The program brings together Grand Pistachio, Roy Brown, and Zoraida Santiago in a performance that moves between song, spoken testimony, and reflection on language and belonging. In New York City—where so much Puerto Rican cultural life has been publicly made and remade—the work reads less like nostalgia than a ledger of what migration costs and preserves.
