Check Up

1 upcoming performance in New York

At Town Hall, Danila Kozlovsky brings “Check Up” to Manhattan in a rock/pop concert format that reframes a screen actor as a live vocalist and storyteller. Known from films like *Vampire Academy* and *Soulless*, and the series *Vikings*, he arrives with a public profile shaped largely outside the U.S., placing Eastern European celebrity into a New York performance tradition. The show reads as a study in translation—of persona, language, and audience expectation—more than a typical genre set. If it marks a first major NYC outing for this material, it signals how the city continues to absorb imported pop narratives without smoothing their edges.
