Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights

0 upcoming performances in New York

Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights is an evening walk-through program that reframes the Bronx Zoo after dark, using large-scale lantern sculpture, LED installations, and seasonal projection to trace paths through the grounds. Presented by the Wildlife Conservation Society, it folds a civic institution into the city’s winter calendar, drawing families and tourists to a part of the Bronx not always centered in holiday culture. The event’s emphasis on animals and habitats keeps the spectacle tethered to the zoo’s educational mission. Its most telling feature is how it turns a conservation campus into a temporary public square.
