Princess Backpack and Benjamin New York Performances

At The Jewish Museum, *Princess Backpack and Benjamin* shares the bill with The Pop Ups in a family concert framed by the museum’s broader cultural programming. The Pop Ups, the duo of Jason Rabinowitz and Jacob Stein, bring songs shaped by their early national TV exposure on Sprout’s *Sunny Side Up* and their 2014 album *Appetite for Construction*. The setting matters in New York, where children’s music is often treated as education or commerce rather than art. Here it reads as a small, serious case for listening together.
