Apparently, I'm Grown New York Performances

Now playing at the Gramercy Theatre, *Apparently, I’m Grown* brings Chaunté Wayans’ comedy to a New York City stage. Wayans, known as a comedian, writer, and actress, moves between character-driven bits and narrative stand-up, shaped by the discipline of scripted writing. The set often lands like a sequence of short scenes, with clear setups and clean turns. Public records don’t point to a specific NYC premiere milestone for this show, but it fits a city tradition of testing sharp, story-forward comedy in mid-size theaters.
