Of One Blood New York Performances

At the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, *Of One Blood* is presented as a live dance-centered opera event, folding movement into the museum’s architectural spiral. The project brings together Miami City Ballet and dancer Patricia Delgado with The Metropolitan Opera, composer Missy Mazzoli, and librettist Royce Vavrek. In New York, their collaboration reads as part of the city’s ongoing effort to blur institutional borders between opera house, ballet stage, and gallery. One clear effect is a shift in attention from narrative certainty to physical evidence: bodies as the primary argument.
