FACESTRAPPED Vol II New York Performances

FACESTRAPPED Vol II lands at Qncc as a live DJ and electronic set built around pressure, repetition, and the body’s relationship to sound. The night treats the booth less as a stage than a control room, with transitions that foreground process over spectacle. No specific NYC premiere history is publicly documented, but the event reads as part of the city’s ongoing lineage of small-room electronics where new forms are tested in public. Its one sharp insight is restraint: the set trusts accumulation to do the work.
