Supremely Unequivocal in Our Commitment to this Moment of Being New York Performances

“Supremely Unequivocal in Our Commitment to this Moment of Being” unfolds as a live dance event in the Queens Botanical Garden, where Cameron Russell and Mei Tao work in close proximity to planted paths and open air. The setting matters, not as backdrop but as a shifting partner, with weather, distance, and ambient sound shaping what the audience can register. If this is an NYC premiere, it reads as part of a broader turn toward site-responsive performance in the city, where attention becomes a shared resource. One clear strength is its refusal to separate choreography from place.
