that passed away, this also may New York Performances

Presented live at ISSUE Project Room, **that passed away, this also may** unfolds as a performance work by Webb Crawford that treats absence as material. It moves through memory, residue, and the way language tries to account for what is no longer there, without settling into narrative closure. In a city where venues and scenes continually disappear and re-form, the piece reads as a small record of cultural loss and persistence. Its restraint functions as a critique of spectacle, asking attention to do the work.
