Ghayal New York Performances

At Gramercy Theatre, **Ghayal** arrives in New York as a live comedy event, built around the rhythms of Hindi popular storytelling and the timing of stand-up performance. Featured performer **Pranit More** anchors a set that moves between character, observation, and shared cultural reference points familiar to many South Asian audiences in the city. Documented NYC premiere history is not widely published, but the booking itself reflects how Indian-language comedy has taken root on mainstream Manhattan stages. It also shows how diaspora humor translates without losing its local specificity.
