Ha Ki New York Performances

Ha Ki comes to the Milton G. Bassin Performing Arts Center as a live, onstage program shaped by New York City’s mix of choral tradition and Latin orchestral sound. Featured performers include Miguel Anggelo, the Queens College Choral Society, the Spanish Harlem Orchestra, the Queens Symphony Orchestra, and Santiago Cruz, placing voices and ensembles from different idioms in direct conversation. In a city where premieres often double as community statements, this staging reads as a Queens-centered snapshot of contemporary cultural alignment. Its value lies in the careful logistics of scale: many artists, one shared room, and a single timeline.
