RUSH Presents - Funk Tribu: Day & Night New York Performances

RUSH Presents – Funk Tribu: Day & Night lands at the Ruins at Knockdown Center, using the venue’s industrial edges as a frame for a Hip-Hop/R&B program built around tempo, bass, and long-form transitions. Featured performers include Mechatok, Enrico Sangiuliano, LP Giobbi, Annie Lew, and Danny Krivit, a lineup that folds club lineages into a single bill. There is no widely documented NYC-premiere milestone attached to this edition, but its significance sits in how it treats the DJ set as a curatorial form. The night reads less like a headline parade than a survey of how contemporary dance floors absorb and retranslate Black musical vocabulary.
