New York Mets vs. Los Angeles Dodgers
About This Event
At Citi Field the New York Mets host the Los Angeles Dodgers, a meeting of a Queens-based franchise established in 1962 and a Los Angeles club with a long championship history. The matchup frames the Mets' local civic identity and visual ties to the city's baseball past against the Dodgers' national pedigree, emphasizing organizational traditions as much as on-field competition.
