About SWALLOW! LIVE
SWALLOW! LIVE lands at Brooklyn Paramount as a Hip-Hop/R&B bill built for a room that still carries the memory of big New York nights. Shygirl is among the featured performers, working at the seam between club structure and pop craft, where voice and production share equal weight. The show treats the live set less as a replay of recordings and more as a test of how these songs hold up in public, in real time. No NYC premiere history is confirmed, but the booking reads as another marker of Brooklyn’s role in shaping contemporary club-adjacent music.
About the Artist
Shygirl
Shygirl is the stage name of British artist Blane Muise, a singer, rapper, DJ, and songwriter who also co-founded the Nuxxe label and collective. Her work moves between hip-hop and R&B and the harder edges of club music, drawing on grime, experimental pop, and the hyperpop continuum.
