About This Event
Trevor Turla is a New York City–based jazz and free improvisation musician whose work moves between song form and open-ended ensemble playing. At Arthur’s Tavern he favors close listening and quick turns in the music; his live approach prioritizes direct interaction and risk over polish, letting the bandstand shape the set in real time and reflecting a recorded output that suggests a developing, not fixed, catalog.
