About This Event
Giovannie and the Hired Guns — fronted by vocalist-songwriter Giovannie Yanez with Carlos Villa, Jerrod Flusche, Alex Trejo and drummer Milton Toles — bring their Stephenville, Texas country-rock, rooted in red dirt and twang-forward arrangements, to the Knitting Factory, favoring direct hooks and tight ensemble playing over spectacle. Support comes from The Breaks Inc., a rock/pop working band heard in rooms like Mercury Lounge, whose concise, momentum-driven sets emphasize tight arrangements and clear vocal hooks.
