About Loco Carnaval
Loco Carnaval is a live, DJ-driven performance night now running at Somewhere Nowhere NYC, shaped around rhythm, mixing, and the social rituals of the dance floor. Featured performers include Valentin, Lohrasp Kansara, Elvin Ramos, and Matty Scarz, with sets that shift between club tradition and contemporary edits. No NYC premiere history has been documented publicly, but the project reads as part of the city’s long line of hybrid nightlife events where curation becomes the form. Its significance is practical: it maps how taste circulates in New York after hours.
