About Anxiety Attack
“Anxiety Attack” is a comedy set in the close quarters of New York Comedy Club’s Upper West Side room, where jokes land at the speed of a racing mind. The material circles panic, self-monitoring, and the everyday negotiations people make to appear fine in public. In a city that treats pressure as background noise, the show’s subject feels culturally native, even without a documented NYC premiere history. Its sharpest move is refusing melodrama, using structure and timing to map anxiety as a social fact.
