Adjua Ajamu Trio
About This Event
Adjua Ajamu Trio, heard in New York City rooms including Terra Blues, performs in a small-ensemble format where rhythm and melody remain in close conversation. Their trio approach favors clarity over spectacle, emphasizing dynamic and tempo shifts and leaving space for improvisation; onstage they foreground ensemble listening and moment-to-moment decisions that shape each performance.
