About This Event
Tobias Meinhart is a German soprano and tenor saxophonist and composer whose work moves between modern jazz and free improvisation, with writing and playing closely linked and set structures that leave room for risk and open form. He appears at Bar Bayeux for two evening sets billed WED 8 & 9:30, bringing that compositional focus to the bandstand; the music favors line and momentum over spectacle.
