Vileevils were an electronic dance duo, formed when the 2005 reunion of Pop Will Eat Itself failed to become a full-time project. Singer Clint Mansell and guitarist Richard March were too busy with side projects to dedicate themselves to writing and performing new material, and so the remaining three members of the band decided to form the spin-off band Vileevils, utilising the Sonic Noise Byte material that PWEI had written following the reunion.

Byron Yeates is a New York City–based electronic artist and DJ whose work moves between club pressure and experimental structure. A regular presence at Nowadays, Yeates has shared bills with Introspekt, Joe Nice, ARCHANGEL, Cisne, Jasmine Infiniti, CMD+JAZMINE, Petal, and S'aint Panic, and has appeared in events including Dripping: 7038634357 and Buzzi (live).

Kim Ann Foxman is an electronic artist and DJ whose work moves between club formats and live electronic performance. In New York City, she has appeared at BASEMENT, sharing bills with Freddy K, Mos, The Carry Nation, and Manu Miran.
