The Solids
About This Event
The Solids play Mercury Lounge, presenting a catalog whose songwriting has a parallel life in television, including themes associated with How I Met Your Mother and Oliver Beene. Led by Carter Bays and Craig Thomas with Patrick Butler, Doug Derryberry and Josh Suniewick, the Connecticut band favors tight hooks and clear, band‑first arrangements over spectacle.
