Manuel Valera is a Cuban composer and jazz pianist whose work draws on improvised jazz and Cuban rhythmic traditions. He brings his quartet to The Django, presenting original compositions developed during his New York career and international engagements; the set will be led by Valera on piano alongside three collaborators.
