Terry Waldos Gotham City Band

About This Event

Led by pianist Terry Waldo, Terry Waldo’s Gotham City Band performs jazz with a free-leaning edge, shifting between arranged passages and open improvisation. At Arthur's Tavern the group's small-band approach emphasizes ensemble listening over solo display, letting the room's history and acoustics shape tempo and dynamics as rhythms loosen and tighten within tunes.
