Improv Harold Night: Club Gator & Your Girlfriend
About This Event
Club Gator and Your Girlfriend appear together on Harold Night at the UCB Theatre, presenting long-form improv shaped by UCB’s house-team training. Both groups prioritize clean group mechanics, ensemble listening and steady escalation over loud character work, working within structured sets and ensemble editing typical of Harold Night lineups.
About Improv Harold Night
At UCB Theatre in New York City, Improv Harold Night puts two house Harold teams, suckdog and Club Gator, on the same bill. Both work in long-form improvisation, building a full set from a single opening and shared ensemble memory. Club Gator tends toward clear group mechanics and controlled escalation; suckdog leans on fast listening and structure that forms as it happens. The Harold has been a defining format in downtown comedy for decades, and this pairing shows how much variation still fits inside the same frame.
