    About This Event

Alto and soprano saxophonist Eric Person brings his quartet to The Django, balancing open-ended free-jazz language with a clear melodic throughline. Based in New York since 1982, Person has led Meta-Four and performed with McCoy Tyner, Dave Holland, Donald Byrd, Vernon Reid and the World Saxophone Quartet; the quartet setting distills that breadth into a focused group context.
