Oh Jackie!/Pencil Dive/The Mar Mars/Palmetto Slug
About This Event
A mixed bill at Wonderville pairs Crab — a rock/pop project shaped by Cate Le Bon’s 2016 album Crab Day and recorded with Josiah Steinbrick and Noah Georgeson — with Oh Jackie!, Pencil Dive, The Mar Mars and Palmetto Slug. The three country-minded bands favor plainspoken songcraft and tight ensemble playing; Crab leans on taut arrangements and dry melodic turns, as if built around a specific record-world.
