cootie catcher, tal castle
About This Event
Toronto-based cootie catcher brings a catalog — Stupid Is As Stupid Does (2022), Shy At First (2025) and Something We All Got (2026) — released via Carpark Records to Elsewhere, sharing the bill with New York City–based tal castle. Both performers favor clarity and structural restraint over spectacle, with cootie catcher's laptop-twee-linked bedroom-pop economy and tal castle's tight, song-forward rock/pop passages.
