SPELLLING is the stage name of Oakland-based musician and producer Chrystia “Tia” Cabral, whose work moves between experimental pop, electronic texture, and art-pop songcraft. After early self-released recordings, she developed a larger-scale, more orchestrated palette on albums such as *Mazy Fly* and *The Turning Wheel*, followed by *Spellling & the Mystery School* and *Portrait of My Heart*.
