About This Event
Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York), by British writers Jim Barne and Kit Buchan, was first seen in regional UK productions in 2019, moved to London in 2023 and to the West End in 2024; its Broadway run is staged at the Longacre Theatre. The piece has been reshaped by successive casts — notably Sam Tutty returning opposite Christiani Pitts — and prioritizes character-led musical storytelling over spectacle.
