Leenalchi, Femcel
About This Event
At Pioneer Works, Leenalchi brings pansori-rooted vocal practice into a contemporary band setting, applying Korean narrative singing to rhythm-and-repetition pop-rock arrangements. Sharing the bill is Femcel, a New York–based solo artist working between hip-hop/R&B and rock/pop whose shows favor clarity of vocal phrasing and tightly arranged songs.
