    About This Event

Violinist Mark Peskanov joins pianist Doris Stevenson at Bargemusic for a recital of works by Ernest Bloch, César Franck, J.S. Bach and Pablo de Sarasate. Peskanov—who moves between classical repertoire and rock/pop contexts and is a Bargemusic regular—offers a measured, forward-moving approach that places Bach’s counterpoint beside Franck’s Romanticism, Sarasate’s violin virtuosity and Bloch’s 20th-century harmonic voice.
