創辦人 許家樺 Squirrel 為 德國體系花藝師（FDF / IHK） GFIMA、BWS 第一名成績畢業。 我們從台灣的一間花藝教室出發， 從2016年起，走過花店經營、教學與創作的十年。​ 曾帶領數百位學生完成花藝學習、證照取得。 現在，我們正從新竹的教室，慢慢移動到歐洲， Squirrel也把自己帶回一個更自由的創作狀態。 花，還在。 只是它出現的方式，會不太一樣了。 我將持續在這裡分享花藝創作、以及生活之中的觀察與片段。
