    Richie Cannata is a New York–based saxophonist, keyboardist and producer shaped by years touring with Billy Joel; he founded Cove City Sound Studios and has worked with pop and Latin artists. At The Bitter End he leads Richie Cannata’s Monday Night Jam, a weekly session built on a working-band ethic that brings rotating players through standards, blues and rock with an emphasis on groove and ensemble listening rather than polish.

After leaving that touring role, he built a parallel life in the studio, founding Cove City Sound Studios on Long Island and working behind the glass with major pop and Latin artists.
