The Gorgeous Nothings

At PACNYC: Perelman Performing Arts Center, *The Gorgeous Nothings* takes the form of a conference-style live event, organized less around spectacle than around listening and record. It traces how small, overlooked traces of language and daily life can be preserved, interpreted, and argued over in public. In a city that constantly rewrites itself, the project lands as a study in what gets saved and what gets erased. Its most pointed gesture is how it treats “minor” material as evidence, not decoration.
