    About This Event

Vibraphonist-composer Yuhan Su leads a small-group set at Bar Bayeux with bassist Luke Stewart and drummer Kweku Sumbry. Su’s practice—shaped by studies at Berklee and a trajectory between jazz language and freer improvisation—favors precision and open space; she has worked in the same open-form idiom at Bar Bayeux with collaborators such as Mark Whitfield Jr., whose responsive, transition-focused drumming complements that approach.
